Goods are sold are neither exchangebale nor refundable.

Some crafts are remakeable, please send email to check with me either remakeable or not. I will stated the status/quantity at below of each items.^.^

All prices are quoted before adding postage charges. Buyer bears all postage charges.
Color may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Pinky craft will not responsible for damage/loss during shipping. We will wrap it nicely before sending out.

If you are not interested in an item anymore, please let us know. Don't go MIA. I won't force you to buy it but at least send us an email to inform. =)

Payment Term

I accept Maybank only. Payment can be made via online transfer and cash deposit. If you don't have Maybank account, you may use your other bank to transfer to my Maybank account but it take 2-3 days to reach my bank. Payment must be done within 48 hours after i confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

I am using 2 types of delivery method:

i) Pos Laju
For Peninsular Malaysia ~ RM7.00 for less than1kg
For Sabah & Sarawak ~ RM10.00 for less than 1kg
